Jamie Jablonowski, MPH, BSN, RN, CIC, CPH is a Public Health Consultant and Writer.  In addition to being a proud Tigger House Ambassador, she writes for the Health and Wellness section of the Two River Times. Jamie graduated with a BS in Community Health from the University of Maryland, a BS in Nursing from Drexel University, and received her Masters in Public Health from the University of South Florida.  She currently lives in Highlands, NJ where in her free time, she likes to hike and practice figure drawing. Interesting fact: she hopes to one day travel to space as soon as technology allows!
